Initiation to fasting
Rethinking one's eating habbits
The body, digestion, food

This retreat allows you to fast for a little over 48 hours and live this experience fully. The fast will be adapted according to the people, ranging from a water fast, to a single-food fast, or a vegetable broth fast.

This retreat is structured around yoga practices, walks, sauna and care, as well as rituals and festive moments.

Prior preparation is recommended for non-vegetarians and those who consume dairy products.

Practices in contact with nature and the elements.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Length of the retreats

Workshops start on Thursday evening and end on Sunday after lunch.

Arrival is on Thursday afternoon at the latest.
Departure is on Sunday afternoon at the earliest.

It is possible to extend before and after the course, for a longer stay at Fantasy Farm.

The number of participants is 10 people maximum per course.
Stays and courses at Fantasy Farm are open to all.
Nudity can be practiced freely while respecting everyone
During the courses, some workshops will be held in non-mixed groups.

Cost of the retreats

Fantasy Farm is managed by a non-profit association whose objective is to offer a place of retreat and rejuvenation for LBGTQ+ people.

The proposed price covers the costs, is consistent with the philosophy of the place trying not to be prohibitive. A solidarity price can be proposed on case per case basis

The all-inclusive price for the courses has therefore been set at 400 euros.
A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon booking*
The balance must be paid upon arrival at the very latest.
(cash, bank transfer, card through Hello Asso)

For days of stay outside the "intensive" period of the retreats, the suggested daily donation is 40 euros per day.
Accommodation, workshops, meals are included.
What is not included - transport: the nearest TER station is Saint Saviol.
In the event of a pick-up, a contribution of 10 euros per trip per car will be given to the driver.

* Any cancellation less than 30 days will not be refunded

Workshops
Activities

Workshops related to the theme will be offered several times a day.

The artistic and creative dimension will often be integrated, as will the development of intuition, without forgetting letting go.

The workshops are varied: based on recognized techniques such as yoga in its physical and energetic forms (Tantra Yoga), Ayurvedic massage, Thai and their intuitive variants. Mantras, singing, music, dance will also be there.

He will sometimes be accompanied by other experienced speakers.
A moment will allow each person to propose workshops or activities.

The meal is an important part of life at Fantasy Farm, we prepare it together. During the courses, the menus will be prepared in advance and designed to make preparation easy and quick. The diet at Fantasy Farm is vegetarian.
Alcohol and tobacco consumption is not welcome.

Inspired by radical fairies, the following animations will be proposed:

• A ritual

• A "heart circle"

• A "non-talent show"

  the opportunity for each person who wishes to present a performance of their choice.

Fantasy Farm is expanding its drag room, donations of costumes, high heels, wigs and any other drag accessories are more than appreciated.

The sauna and the bathtub under the stars are available to relax and spend pleasant moments.

Fantasy Farm is a safe place.

No photos that can identify anyone should be taken without clear and informed consent.
Photos of the place are possible.
All activities will be done with clear and informed consent, and at all times, respect for individual wishes must be respected by everyone.
There will be no mailing groups created by Fantasy Farm. The mailing lists used by Fantasy Farm are confidential.
Each person will be free to share their contact information on a board or in a personal and individual way.

Spaces to sleep

Fantasy Farm offers a number of spaces and rooms to sleep in (full bedding is provided)

The house dorm - 2 singles + 1 double

« Secret balcony » - 2 singles + 1 double

« Hanging terrace » - 2 doubles + 1 single + 1 futon

Hermit room in an isolated space - 1 single

It is also possible to camp in the prairie (a few tents are available).

Rusticity

Simplicity

Fantasy Farm is ecological and follows the permaculture system.It is probably a bit bohemian, whimsical, an atypical and unique place.

The toilets are outdoor dry toilets that are composted.
The shower and the vegetable garden are supplied with rainwater.
The shower is located in a greenhouse among the vegetables, the shower water is heated.
The bathtub is outdoor, it is heated by wood and allows you to bathe under the stars.
The beds are comfortable and the duvets and if necessary blankets guarantee cozy and comfortable sleeping conditions.
The sleeping areas are simple, the setting is rustic and unique.
